XRay-Pad And Randomfrankp Ace Control Review

Disclaimer:

This pad, skates, and grips where sent to me for a review. Even though these are for review my opinon doesnt get affected by the company or others:

Note:

The 500x500mm design was sent out instead of the 900x400mm which is randomfrankps main design.

This design will look better and allow you to put all peripherals within the lines to make it a seamless design.

Background:

Xray Pad is a custom pad company that makes quailty and afforable pads as well as accs. (skates and grips)

RandomFrankP is a tech infuluncer that has been around the scene for a long time and is quite known for his tech for under 50$.

Amount Of Time Spent Testing:

Valorant - 12 Hours

Fortnite - 10 Hours

Office Work - 4 Hours

Specs of Pad:

500x500x3mm

Soft to XSoft Base

Surface:

It compares to be a slightly faster type 99 but right inbetween a Saturn pro by lethal gaming gear.

The pad that it reminds me of the most is a pelz by laonda but a tad faster and rougher by a smidge.

With there whole line up that Xray pad provides this pad is by far the most complete pad I’ve used and falls right in line with the rest of there pads.

The initial friction of the pad is low been then tends to pick up quite a bit when in use while still maintaining the sense of control.

When using the jade airs provided, it gives just the right feed back into the pad to allow for micro adjustments on the fly when in intense situations.

Quailty/Design:

The normal rubber base on the bottom of the pad does its job in holding the pad to the desk with little to no movement.

The overall design is great with no bleed issues in printing or issues in stiching ,yet I’d like to see the collab logo on the pad as it would look better with x ray pad in the corner.

Final Thoughts/ Cons:

One thing I’d like to see more of is custom bases not using natural rubber making the pad feel more premium.

Otherwise the pad, skates, and grips make a great combo for any gamer looking to start with a overall clean and balanced experience.

X2F Review

Disclaimer: This mouse was sent out as a beta version to test and proved feedback. Pulsar has not seen my review or can influence it in anyway.

Background: Pulsar is a company that provides keyboards, mice, pads and other peripherals to the consumer. They have been dominant in the market currently with mice hence the most recent release of the collabs with bigger names such as T1, Tenz and many more. This mouse the X2F is there step into the finger tip world and is trying to be the most innovative mouse out there.

Wonderful customer service and wonderful company overall.

Testing parameters: Durability Performance Time of use/ wear Testing period/games: 200+ hours of FPS and battle Royale gaming 50+ Hours of office/ design work Software: Pulsar has created software for the beta unit and has constantly updated based on feedback and pushing updates with the problems that the mouse had on v1 software. Pulsar has done a great amount of time with this and is constantly improving and will launch web based and/or on board controls only on release of this mouse no program based software.

Durability: With the countless amount of hours that I have spent into the mouse I have had no issues with pre or post travel in mouse click 1 or 2, other then the standard amount I would expect in a mouse. Side buttons don’t have and wobble from left to right or up or down, yet they do have a slight bit of pre travel but nothing that would hinder your performance

Performance: This mouse when used has helped me become much better with consistent scores in aim trainers as well as improving my tracking in game with my wrist motions being more comfortable then other finger tip mice that I have tried in the past. Battery life of the mouse has been great when using on 2000hz and below. As I’ve tested higher polling rates it does seem from my testing and others that it does drain quite quickly when in use. The one thing that I happen to notice is the heavy clicks of m1 and m2. It so happens that these preform quite well for me and I have no issues as the use Blue shell pink dot , yet I believe that they might need to adjust the tension of it to allow for better results for many users not only some.

Time of use / wear: I have not had any problems with this the mouse acts as brand new each time that I use it.

Final thoughts: The mouse has been a amazing experience with no issues on my end, yet being a beta test you may have issues which is expected and I would not ding pulsar for this as it is a beta test mouse not a final production run Things that they should improve on where listed above other than those would be the skate slots but the good news is that they have already fixed this and many other things listed in there discord server. I want to say thank you to pulsar for inviting me into the beta test and allowing me to provide feedback on this mouse. If you guys have questions or concerns about this and you want me to answer let me know.
